Dear Mr. Paz,
I just want to let you know how much I appreciate the great service you've provided. From the first time we talked, to my call for help w/ my electrical switch problem, you've always been first rate in getting things going and making things work.
This is the first time I've written, since I've started business in 1971, to a company or a service rep about the good job and service I've received from them. I'm about as far away from California Woodworking Machinery as anyone can get. I'm on the border w/ Canada, up here in NE North Dakota. I was worried about doing business w/ a company so far away. What about service, what about trucking issues, and can I trust these people? Well, I've had nothing but good service. After I had a master electrician wire up my Invicta tablesaw, we quickly discovered a bad starter relay. I called Miguel for help, and I received a new unit switch in less than a week. There was no charge, as the saw was new. But the installation was over a year after it was delivered due to lack of local electrical infrastructure...a massive ice storm broke over 1700 powerline poles in our county. (After the new switch was installed, it's been working flawlessly. The electrician dismantled the original contacts...there were three points not installed correctly.)
The trucking was a breeze. The machines all arrived neat, clean, dry, and w/ no signs of trauma. After the machines were spotted at their work stations, and powered up, NO adjustments had to be made. Both machines, after being cleaned up from the shipping grease, were absolutely good to go to work. And they've been doing work everyday.
If you're wondering about doing business w/ these people, I'm writing to say you can trust them. They come thru for you and they'll stand by you...even if you're thousands of miles away, a few miles from Canada.
I'm please to share my experiences of doing business w/ you. It's an honor.
