The 1225/1230 heavy-duty design with state-of-the-art technology, features  the strongest frame construction in the industry. Loaded with standard equipment - digital readout for both rip and crosscuts with absolute, incremental and built-in kerf compensation measurements. Unique patented dust extraction system (panel supports align with the saw blade during horizontal rip cuts). On the automatic model 1230 the blade plunges into the workpiece makes the cut and returns automatically when the cut is completed. The 1230 is equipped with SPC (Store-Programmable Control) controllers with integrated operation logic and error diagnostics capability.

The patented "Super cut" scoring innovation uses parallel carbide tipped knives instead of scoring saw blade, to cut all coated and veneered panel materials. Precise alignment with the main saw blade is incredibly simple. The 4-way reversible scoring knives stay sharp longer, and produce a greater number of chip-free edges ready for banding, with no visible glue line.
