Mattei Air Compressors: 1000 Series

1000 Series - 15-30 KW / 7-10 Bar Air delivery from 2.5 to 4.2 m³/min
>The 1000 series compressors are robust, reliable and efficient heavy-duty industrial compressors designed to satisfy small industrial applications. They offer exceptional air quality combined with high efficiency. A supersilenced version is also avaible which is quieter than an average PC printer.

All models are supplied with:

  • Servo valve and automatic modulation to adjust air output to demand.
  • Energy saving blow down facility in idling mode to 1.3 bar
  • Three stage separation to ensure high quality air.
  • Oil carry over <3 parts per million (ppm)
  • High quality air intake filter to ensure long separator life.
  • Integrated oil and air aftercooler. Air temperature between 7-10 K above ambient.
  • Star /delta starter for smooth start-up.
  • The control box is supplies with hour meter, safety devices and start/stop or continuous operation selector.
  • Thermostatic safety devise to protect the compressor from excessive temperature.
  • IP 55 Class F electric motor
  • Direct drive. 1460 rpm without needle or roller bearings, belts or gears
  • Oil level sight glass for visual oil level check
