The Manual Clamp Carrier is a simple, durable machine. The basic unit is equipped with 6 rows of manually tightened clamps. The 6 section frame is available in either an 8-1/2' (2.5M) wide or a 10-1/2' (3.1M) wide version. The customer however, is not limited to six rows. A manual machine can be purchased in any larger size. Machines with 12 or more sections are available. The Swing Style Clamp Tightener (shown above) is also available for 6 or 12 section machines.

Production The curing time of glue limits the production on small machines. Production is based on cycle time and panel size. Assuming that each section is curing 3 panels whose dimesions are 24" x 24" (60cm x 60cm) and assuming a cycle time of 3-5 minutes, production per shift equals:

One Panel:
=4 ft2 (.36M2)

One Section:
=12 ft2 (1.1M2)

One Cycle:
=4 minutes
=15 cycles/hour
=105 cycles/shift

Production output:
=12 ft2 x 105 cycles or 1260 ft2/shift
=1.1 M2 x 105 cycles or 115 M2/shift
