Included in the price of the machine is "C.R. ONSRUD INC. training school". Our engineers will train your operator to be effective and efficient in different aspects CNC production including operating a CNC control, proper part holding, proper tool selection, and achieving maximum tool life and efficiency. Our goal is to help your operator understand these basic principles before we leave your facility. (Normal travel expenses not included)

Included in the price of software purchased from C.R. Onsrud Inc., is 2 or 3 days (depending on the level of software purchased) of training in a classroom environment at our Troutman NC facility (30 miles north of Charlotte). Here the customer will learn the basics of CAD/CAM programming from one of C.R. Onsrud's certified MasterCAM or AlphaCAM trainers. The class will include geometry creation, applying tool paths, and a basic understanding of standard M & G code.

Warranty

The U.S. made 72-C12 is backed by a limited one year warranty on parts and labor FOB the factory. A complete stock of replacement parts is available for immediate shipment.
